Xiaomi ROAD FC 039 adds openweight match between Shim Yoon-Jae and Kim Chang-Hee
ROAD Fighting Championship announces the first match of Xiaomi ROAD FC 039 will be an openweight match between Shim Yoon-Jae and Kim Chang-Hee on June 10, 2017 in the Jangchung Arena in Seoul, South Korea.
Shim Yoon-Jae (2-2, Kim Dae Hwan MMA), formerly known as Shim Gun-Oh, is a notable wrestler who decided to transition to MMA by trying out for the reality MMA show “Crying Fist”. ROAD FC CEO was impressed by the natural talent right away and signed him to a professional contract. Shim was KOed in quick fashion by heavy-handed Carlos Toyota, but he returned with a grueling decision victory over China national team wrestler Hou Zhenlin.
