ROAD Fighting Championship returns to Shijiazhuang, China for Xiaomi ROAD FC 044 on November 11, 2017.

At Xiaomi ROAD FC 044, the quarterfinals round of the ROAD FC $1 Million Lightweight Tournament will take place, with eight fighters from six countries participating. And in the main event, fan favorite “Kungfu Panda” Aorigele will face returning Japanese ring legend Fujita “Ironhead” Kazuyuki in a massive Openweight bout.

Aorigele is a China National Sanda champion who has KOed 4 of his opponents in ROAD FC, including Yusuke Masuda, Yusuke Kawaguchi and Bob Sapp. Recently, he spent part of his training camp in Seoul, Korea. Kyler Kim Dae-Hwan had the opportunity to coach him and train with the young stand out.

Kyler Kim is one of Korea's most well-known MMA and combat sports commentators. He is a long-time MMA fighter and coach, and just recently he won the Wardog Middleweight Championship by a stunning KO. Having so much experience in the MMA industry, Kim is a specialist with a very good ability to speak on fighters and matches.

“Before this fight, I had the opportunity to train a lot with Aorigele in Korea. I became a fan of him because I could see that he really likes MMA. Aorigele has a very good personality, a sense of humor, and he's cute like a little kid.

“But his focus in training is very determined. He's big, but so flexible, and his learning speed is very fast. Even given his physique, Aorigele's striking is excellent, and his stamina is amazingly good.

“When Aorigele came to my gym, I didn't know much about his takedown defense, cage wrestling, or his skills on the ground, so we trained a lot in all of those areas. I believe he's going to do well in this fight.

“I think that Aorigele's fight with Fujita will be easy for him to win, surprisingly easy. Barring what happens if it should go to the ground, I think that Aorigele's striking is going to be enough to finish it.”

Aorigele versus Fujita Kazuyuki takes place as the Main Event on Xiaomi ROAD FC 44 this Saturday, November 11th, at the Hebei Gymnasium in Shijiazhuang, China. For live broadcast times, please check the event page here.
